  • Tata Nexon EV

  • Tata motors have certainly amazed its customer segment with the previous launches. And now it is aiming to launch EV version of its most loved compact SUV, Nexon. It will be the very first vehicle from the Tata motors that it going to be powered by the mightier Ziptron technology. This new-fangled technology has been designed keeping in mind all the parameters of India and is likely to address all the concerns of the Indian customer segment. It has state of the art safety features and decent performance figures too. The new car from Tata Motors will click a distance of 300 km on a single charge. And the car also falls in line with the new IP67 norms. It is expected to be priced in the range of 15 -17 Lakh INR.

  • Ford Aspire EV

  • Ford and Mahindra have been working in a partnership over this project of electric evolution in India. In this strategic partnership have been working to develop an EV version of both their cars. The Ford Aspire EV that is yet to launch in India will feature a whole new design and remapped floor with a longer wheelbase. The car will be powered by a new 25 kWh motor with a high voltage of about 380V. The car will achieve a top speed of 110 Kmph with a range of at least 150 km on a single charge. Ford will be making the body shell of the car while Mahindra Electric will be taking care of the drive train.

  • One of India's most loved vehicle is all set to enter the market in an EV avatar. As per the sources, the car is being designed specifically to Indian conditions. The car is said to have to a sports treatment in its front side. It is expected to get a sports grille, body-coloured bumpers, roof-mounted Ariel antenna, new projector headlamps and many more. The car will come to the roads equipped with all the safety features like fog lamps, anti-theft system, collapsible steering column, child locks and a rumoured airbag system too. The car is expected to have a range of 60-80 km on a single charge and it is expected to be prized in the range of 6-7 Lakhs INR.

  • With this car, the world leader German carmaker Audi has made its maiden entry into manufacturing electric sports utility vehicle with all bells and whistles. The car is expected to generate a power of 360PS and 561 Nm torque. As per the test figures, the car clicked 0-100 Kmph in just 6.6 seconds. The Audi E-Tron will feature a 95-kWh battery pack which can be charged from 0-100% in just 30 minutes. This car is expected to enter the Indian markets by 2020.
