More than 10,000 reservations were received for Pure EV EcoDryft.
PURE is receiving inquiries from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Middle East, South Africa, and Brazil.
PURE EV has started deliveries of its latest electric commuter motorcycle, the ecoDryft, well ahead of schedule. The initial set of vehicles was delivered to its dealer outlets in Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh. The company has made stock available at Pan India outlets and deliveries will take place on the auspicious day of Ugadi/Padwa, March 22, 2023.
The first owner of a new ecoDryft, Mr. Nagendra Rao said
“As a gasoline motorcycle owner, I have been eagerly waiting for an electric motorcycle that fits my budget for a long time and offers a range of 100 km. When I heard about the ecoDryft launch in February, I went to the nearest dealer (eDrive Motors, Hyderabad), took a test drive, booked the vehicle in February, and will take it home in March.”
Highlights of the Eco Dryft electric motorcycle
PURE launched ecoDryft at an inaugural price of Rs 99,999/-* last month. According to PURE, ecoDryft has a top speed of 75KMPH and a range of up to 130KM with three riding modes. The drive train has an AIS 156 certified 3.0 KWH battery with smart BMS and Bluetooth connectivity, powered by a 3 KW motor, CAN-based charger, controller, and instrument cluster enabling the platform for future upgrades from firmware.
Highlighting the milestone of the start of ecoDryft deliveries, Mr. Rohit Vadera, Co-Founder and CEO of PURE EV, said
“We received a great response and very positive feedback for the new ecoDryft from individuals, institutions, delivery agencies, and even government bodies. We have received over 10,000 reservations so far and our goal is to deliver 50% of these by the end of May and the remaining 50% by July.
We have received inquiries from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Middle East, South Africa, and Brazil. This bodes well for the aggressive expansion plans the company has envisioned in Pan India and the world.”
PURE EV has been expanding its product portfolio, which is available through its more than 130 dedicated dealers in Pan India. The company plans to further expand its presence in 300 cities by the end of 2023.
